OPERATION:
Pre programmer panel for a (3) three float circuit application,
On (Low) contact closure, sends a pulse to start the pump,
On (Stop) contact closure, sends a pulse to stop the pump,
On (Overflow) contact closure, sends final pulse to stop the pump
On Power failure or Carrier loss the system turns OFF
